Getting out of the depressed funk and back on track.

I drink too much coffee, and even on days when I'm not eating, I consume plenty of calories in sugary creamer.

Finish line. One reasonable victory meal. I will at least reach out to the gym I want to join this week. I'm going to check with my doctor about starting cardio.
