Non-scale victory of the week!

I got to add one of my smaller pairs of jeans back to my wardrobe yesterday! Woohoo!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Dinner and done - last night I ended up having a late snack. Healthy, but it wasn’t time for a snack.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I really did tighten up nutrition , worked out every day but Sunday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not sure what I could have done better. Eat less, skip all accessories. No more restaurants . I have only 10 days left and it’s not easy for my body to lose 3 lbs.

No restaurants, intermittent fasting, smaller portions, over 100 oz water every day. I can do this.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Nutrition has been on point all week! I haven’t had any cheats. Also my back is healed and I can do all kinds of things that I could not do two months ago! This I give credit to God, because it happened after several people prayed for me!

Well for starters, I could have weighed in before breakfast. LOL!

I actually fit into my size 6’s very comfortably now.

Meal prep could have been better. I could have taken it with me to the job site.
