  • These jeans were almost too tight to button up when I started my weight loss journey 90 days ago. Now I'm down 45 lbs and if I don't put on a belt and buckle it tight, the jeans will drop to my ankles. I'm thinking that's a pretty good problem to have! 😁 #ProjectHalfTheMan #ZeroFailureMindset

  • Finished my first round of LIIFT4! First time completing a Beachbody program. I lost 13.6 pounds in 8 weeks. Not much, but seeing the gains!

Hey guys! Growing up, I biked a lot. I even participated in a 100km bike-a-thon, using my mountain bike! But now, I seem to have very sore knees as soon as I bike or run. What do you guys use to help knee

I had to rest for a week and stretch every day & use foam roller on quads, hammies and woo! Took forever but this week I am back on. I also take it slow. I try to push too hard on a 6 but needed to move to a 1 and keep it there when it was too much pressure while cycling uphill. I am not in my 20's anymore and weigh at least 40 lbs more so I can't 'beast mode' until I lose more weight.

I am training for a triathlon so I also get breaks between bike training, with run/walk & swim days. So you might consider that too. Switching stuff up until your leg muscles build up

Ugh, I hit my goal weight and even lost a little more and I don't know happened but I gained and now I need to lose 1 pound.... and it's my husband's bday week which includes all the usual celebrations with food and desserts.

My plan is to be sensible with every meal while still enjoying the celebrations. Fingers crossed.

You’ll be okay. One meal isn’t going to blow it all for you. Just eat sensible portions.

Karen is 100% right, even more than one meal won’t ruin your progress. It may show a few extra pounds on the scale but definitely won’t put you back at starting weight! Once you’re back on track you’ll see those few extra pounds will disappear extra fast! I indulged a lot this week due to high levels of stress. I’m even too scared to weigh myself. But not letting that stop me from continuing :)

I just found out I'm pregnant with our first baby, which explains the recent uptick in hunger and fatigue. I've lost 80% of the goal, but I don't think I'm going to make it this time. Congratulations to all who won this dietbet!

Do 3 things daily that make you feel good. Make them silly fun things that you enjoy. It doesn’t matter what they are just make them fun. Make a list today of 20 things and then you can start picking. Every time you want to go go for food go to your list.
