Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to lose 6 lbs by walking even with eating sea salt chocolate caramels each day which I bought at Costco. I told my husband I wanted to do steak/potatoes instead of pizza or Mexican!

Non-scale victory of the week!

HappyhH thappy I lost 4.5 lbs from our trip by staying on plan for a week! All I did was walk each day and get more sleep. I notice I lose more weight during the walking phase. It’s best to save workouts for after reaching your goal weight. This week, I even cheated and had more wine/Prosecco these past couple days (since I was with friends) but it had no effect. I realized that drinking water early in the day helps

I was able to lose weight even with socializing this week. I cheated and had more drinks than usual. I could have bought more veggies

my legs looked more toned and walking/drinking lots of water/tea, and eatind lean proteins and veggies produced great results.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost over 10 lbs of vacay weight in 2 weeks-most of it was bloat weight. My non-scale victory was losing weight the day after going to Outback Steakhouse! I ordered ahi tuna app, sirloin with mixed green salad (took off croutons/cheese). also I had low calorieProsecco for the drink and asparagus as another side. I was hungry later abd had 2 cuties. it didn’t impact my weight even though I went over my calorie limit!

more sleep which I did get by the end of the week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m seeinf imImhappy to say that, after gaining 12 lbs on vacay, I lost 7 of that in 1 week, since it was bloat weight. I didn’t eat less than 1200 calories

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Slept more, but I’m happy I’m seeing more definition in my abs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was proud of myself that I lost 4 inches off my waist. Drinking water helped reduce my bloat weight. I stopped drinking alcohol for 3 days this past week which encouraged the scale to move. Also, I ate half veggies at almost every lunch/dinner/snack. I had a protein shake each morning. The hiit really made a difference too! now I want to keep on going! i finally mastered weight loss!

not letting my husband cook, as he uses tons of oil and butter.
