I ate mire imanaged to get more fit on vacation by working out more. now I look more fit and muscular! also,

I bet with nutritionist and realized my resting metabolism burns 1750 calories w/o exercise, so I started earing more and losing weight!

not overeaten or had 1.5 drinks on my husband’s bday

I was able to lose 6 lbs by walking even with eating sea salt chocolate caramels each day which I bought at Costco. I told my husband I wanted to do steak/potatoes instead of pizza or Mexican!

Non-scale victory of the week!

HappyhH thappy I lost 4.5 lbs from our trip by staying on plan for a week! All I did was walk each day and get more sleep. I notice I lose more weight during the walking phase. It’s best to save workouts for after reaching your goal weight. This week, I even cheated and had more wine/Prosecco these past couple days (since I was with friends) but it had no effect. I realized that drinking water early in the day helps

I was able to lose weight even with socializing this week. I cheated and had more drinks than usual. I could have bought more veggies
