Sandra- In rounds 1-5 only half of your monthly bet (so $17.50) goes to that round. The other half goes in to the final pot for round 6. Winners of this round actually made a profit of over $16.

Thank you for all the positive vibes!! Im now armed with a solid meal plan for the rest of the week & feel confident going forward, it was just kind of a kick in the pants after busting your butt for those kickstarters. I did need a couple beverages & some pizza :joy: with friends this weekend though (for balance of course!) so Im taking your advice & I wont beat myself about it. We can only keep going right!?

Which fitness apps do you use? I've tried the noom two week trial. I've considered ww. I find it helpful to have something structured to check in with and know I just need to pick one lol. Any feedback appreciated ☺

I use myfitness pal for tracking calories, and Simple Workout for tracking/logging my exercise (mostly to remind me what to do on each day and how much weight I used last time). I've also used Jefit which was pretty nice with the premade workouts. I also use Samsung's health apps as I have a Samsung Active watch and Samsung phone.

I've done it in the past. I really enjoyed it and was able to develop a routine. But ultimately its super expensive and can be easily replicated in any gym.

I liked it but I don't do great with the schedule they had and kept missing classes. Made it very expensive.
