It's Friday!! Monday you all start to Weigh In! I want you to please take 10 minutes to study your tracker and really get clear about what a weight loss day looks like for you. Find 2-3 days that led to big drops on the scale and make notes of foods, patterns, meal times and behaviors that have been working for you. This way you can plan super effectively these next few days and cut your work out for yourself.
Yesterday I didn’t meet my water goal, didn’t have veggies most for dinner and barely moved all day lol! So I wasn’t surprised by today’s results but because I know what I have to do for the next few days, I’m still feeling good about Monday.

Where are you at? What are 3 things you need to focus on to hit your goal???

  • Made Ilana’s Tuna Melt Peppers tonight and they were AMAZING! My family absolutely loved this dinner too!! This recipe is a keeper! I made them in my air fryer and it was so easy.

  • Breakfast this morning. I usually do the fruit and granola with Greek yogurt but my mom send me home with some frozen smoothies. It's like eating fruit soup but it's delicious.

  • Not going to meet my weight goal due to vacationing at St. Lucia - but celebrating this NSV. I climbed Gros Piton, the highest point on the island at >2600 feet. It took 4.5 hours to get up and back and Garmin says I burned 2400+ calories. This is the *easy* portion of the "trail". The old me would have given up but I just kept putting one foot in front of the other over & over.

Then weekend makes me nervous :worried: It's usually when I have/take rest days for workouts. There are increased opportunities to overeat and have unhealthy food options in my face. I'm hopeful though!

    You are almost there! I know there have been ups, and downs, good days bad days! Big wins, small wins, but the way you should look at this is- it's all growth- and when you grow your learn. I have learned so much from you, and hopefully you have learned so much about yourselves from this past bet. Use those insights to propel you forward toward an on going healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
