Non-scale victory of the week!

I wanted to cheat and eat so unhealthy all weeekend I did compromise with myself and only ate one piece of pizza since that met my net carbs for the day I fast the rest of the day and all the way until 2 pm

Non-scale victory of the week!

this week was amazing I did not eat any cakes or cookies I also have been drinking a lot more water. my cycle was short I think I might have lost my cycle weight but I’m still excited

I could’ve worked out more this week. I only did three days I wanted to work Monday Tuesday the Thursday-Saturday I missed Tuesday
