Non-scale victory of the week!
This was a tough one, I’m really gonna have to buckle down, because I think I have to lose more the next month, and I usually lose quite a bit more than I have to on the first round. No doubt I’ve been slacking, I think I thought it would be easier, so I didn’t work quite as hard.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Work on no soda, I love soda, I don’t drink coffee, so that first soda of the day I need, but I know sugar first thing in the morning is probably the worst
