Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Eating more veggies and less carbs and I also like to have a few drinks on the weekend with my girlfriends and it tends to be beer versus wine and I noticed that when I drink beer I get bloated and I tend to retain water weight
