Got thru this rough week without a major binge or giving up. Kids survived a major car crash that totaled my car.

I've been choosing healthier snacks at least half the time. Been working 5-8 hours a day cleaning my flowerbeds.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to get to sleep earlier, start walking, prep healthy snacks and make chia pudding in advance for breakfast.

Get to sleep by 2am, tv off by 1:30am. Make week's worth of chia pudding. Prep healthy snacks. Walk around the block 3 days this week. Keep cleaning flowerbeds as much as body will allow.

Got some fillings done and went back to chiropractor. Eating much better. Only one night of unhealthy snacking after receiving bad news but was somewhat controlled and not a free for all.

Moved more plus didn't do the 3 things I mentioned above.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I am a 70% disabled vet with chronic pain and a very messed up spine. I take too much prednisone so I want to eat everything. Hurts to move much and eating provides a distraction from the pain.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To move every day even if it is loosen up the lactic acid from the day before. Sleep aludes me due to pain but will try to improve habits. Snack on fruits and veggies more and work on planning healthier meal and snack choices.
