  • Alrrady feeling happier and healthier.

    Week 1 and I'm already at 72% of this month's goal. I'm assuming the weight will start coming off much slower after this 1st week.

    Outside of weightloss I'm striving for developing healthy habits and leaning into all of the programs I've loved in the past.
    Diet: WW
    Fitness: Peloton (any of my HCOTF buddies out there?) LB: FeistyFriday
    Fitbit: Reminds me to get up and move throughout the day instead of sitting at a desk for 8+ hours

LB: KawaiiLove43. Could definitely use another Peloton friend for some motivation. I belong to HCOTF but to be honest it’s intimidating. I’m on week two of the beginner strength program.

I definitely lift a lot lighter than they recommend. Let me know how the beginner strength program is. I just started the core program. I struggle with a lot of the plank variations and the slower pace of the core program is really helping me with proper form.

For those of you that have a brutal sweet tooth like me especially after a night workout and dinner. Nerds gummy clusters are OP value for calories. 16-17 of them is only 100 calories, hits the spot, and is a good glycogen restorer after tough workouts :muscle:

I’m trying something new this time—a meal delivery program. I just have to pick my calorie target and eat what they send me. So far, I’m loving it!
