Non-scale victory of the week!
the sports bra that I took my weigh in photo I’m never fit me . I loved it when I bought it and was so sad when it didn’t fit. I’ve worked super hard this week so to put it on and have it fit for my weigh in photo brought tears to my eyes because my hard work is paying off. I have been walking/running about 30 miles a week along with weight lifting. I know my weight loss so far might be a lot of water weight but I’m proud . I also cut out all processed foods, refined sugars etc and have only been consuming water along with Whole Foods fruits veggies, whole grains and nuts
