Does anyone have a knee problem in here? I've dislocated mine 3 times in the past. Every once in a while, while walking, I can feel it try to do it again so I'm pretty cautious with it... and I do use a knee brace when I feel it's needed. Do you know of any exercises that aren't hard on the knees? I currently use an elliptical, exercise bike and a treadmill at home. I want to do cardio but worried about my knee.... any suggestions? Thanks!

If you haven’t and it’s an option, I’d see a PT or orthopedic surgeon for recommendations most appropriate for you. I had surgery a few years back to fix torn cartilage under my kneecap and discovered my cartilage is wearing pretty badly, hence many of my other knee issues. Because I don’t have access to a pool (swimming was highly recommended for me, too), my OS said to take out as much impact from my workouts as I could. That meant no dancing for a while and swallowing my pride and learning to follow the modifier in BeachBody programs. It’s been so worth it! Fully modified T20 and MM100 were great avenues for me to rebuild the muscles of my knees, hips, glutes, etc. I’m back to dancing now (yay!) but continue to modify all my strength training, more so on days my knees feel tired. Agree with seeing a PT. Building the supporting muscles in your legs (the right way) will help stabilize it. But that would be something I wouldn't start on my own. T20 (even with mods) was too much for my knees. I have been able to do most o Autumn's without issue.

Hi! Good morning! I'm struggling with no coffee in the mornings. So I'm wondering if it is okay to replace my morning coffee with a cup of green tea? I need some sort of pick me up lol

I don't drink caffeine regularly so I haven't tested this theory out but they say that an apple is a good replacement for coffee because of the natural sugar in it. You could try that!

We should try to stick to herbal tea instead of green, black etc that have caffeine. Would you be able to swap in a decaf green tea or decaf coffee and trick yourself!?

Is this the type of diet where we remove all the listed items from our everyday eating for a time and then slowly incorporate them to see what foods effect us? Like an elimination diet? Or are we eliminating them for the length of the dietbet?

I think I read somewhere that autumn will teach you how to add back in..but it's not until week 4.

I'm lactose intolerant anyways and I rarely eat sugar or artificial sweeteners since giving them up a while ago so it's mostly the gluten for me. But I guess we'll just see what happens! Thanks for the help, guys!

Does it taste good? Or does it have that chalky texture that a lot of vegan protein powders have? I usually buy vegansmart from amazon but I'm getting tired of the same 3 or 4 flavors, lol

I am a lacto vegetarian so without diary I will be doing the vegan UPF plan. Can anyone recommend a good vegan protein powder obviously without soy or artificial sweeteners??
