Non-scale victory of the week!

I did my best to eat healthy foods during breakfast and lunch, and I got a workout in every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last week was a week at my in-laws to celebrate Christmas and NY. Most everything I ate or drank was out of my "normal routine".

I'm ready to could calories and micros this week!! I'm ready to chose clean foods and water first. No added sugar this week. No alcohol this week. Shakeology every day.
