It was a close call, but I made it!!! When I joined this challenge I was very apprenhsive because it would take me to a weight I never weighed in adulthood. But here I am at 138 pounds! It's been fun to look at my pictures since I started games like May. Thank you to everyone for your encouraging posts, advice, and sharing the bad times too.

Right?! When I crave something, 1 or 2 bites wont satisfy it! I've tried having a little bit each day, but also struggle with that. Found more power in admitting my faults or missteps to my friends to be more accountable.

Up 2lbs since yesterday morning. I know I didn’t eat 6000 cal. But all that sugar and carbs just sticks to me. Oh well back on plan today!!

I’m already 5 lbs below my final goal weight for this round. So, I’m starting to lose my motivation and I’m teetering on gaining weight, because I haven’t been as strict with myself. Obviously a good problem to have, haha. But what are y’all doing to stay focused and motivated once you hit your goal?

I agree with the others - in my first transformer (started Aug 2020) I had hit my goal by round 2. So I overlapped other 4-week games with it until the end.

Yesterday, I had my annual physical. I am down 33lbs, my cholesterol is very much now in check, I am not teetering on the pre-diabetic numbers. I did a happy dance reading the results. Has it been hard - freak yes. Do I have more to go- yeppp! However, it is not longer a question of can I do it. It is a statement that I CAN DO IT. And that is a huge step for me in taking back my health!

I have some non-scale victories this week. I fit into all my clothes in my closet, I was able to run/walk 3 miles yesterday since recovering from a foot injury, and I have not had a binge eating session in about a week! I'm so glad I joined this game. I was super nervous since I've struggled to maintain a healthy wait, but the weigh-ins help keep me accountable and all the support from this group so me I'm not the only one with struggles

Hey everyone! I'm now working 3 jobs, one of which is incredibly active, so I need to eat more but have less time to cook haha.

What recipes do you love that are easy to prep, but still healthy and energizing? Trying to balance cooking with work has been tough recently!

Poke bowls! Rice or lettuce, diced mango/pineapple/avocado/cucumbers/tomatoes, cooked chicken and then make low-fat spicy Mayo.

I get pre-made breaded fish from our local meat center and just pop that in the oven (takes about 15 mins). Then streamed veggies with rice.

Rotisserie chicken! We pick up organic ones at Whole Foods ($10, I think) & the hubby & I get two dinners out of it plus enough left over to make chicken salad for lunch. Just add salad & veggies, rice - whatever is on hand & you are good to go.

For the first time in my adult life (I'm 32), I weighed in at the 130s. 139.6 to be exact! I stepped on and off the scale to make sure I was read it correctly. I'm still in shock. I never thought I would see that number on the scale.

I'd go for the vegetables most, what ever your eating just incorporate mostly vegetables

Laura Dixon‘s Naturally Thin for Life podcast was the first thing that ever helped me with binge eating.

I realized that my binge eating was ALL emotional…could be as simple as “I’m tired/overwhelmed/stressed.” And once I realized that, it was easier to tell myself, “you are feeling X. Food doesn’t solve this. How will you feel tomorrow morning if you try to solve this emotion with food?” I highly highly recommend her podcast
