Got sick & really didn’t want to eat much. still forced myself to eat things with nutrition - not just crackers & juice.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More veggies - but that’s tough when sick. maybe could’ve ordered some soup.

I’m stopping obsessing over the scale! yesterday I was 2lbs up & I thought, must be water weight. no biggie. And sure enough, of course it was!

more running - I am missing my endorphins so so much.
