What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

my challenge to reach my long term weight loss is a eating plan-mainly being which one to follow. I have a under active thyroid I rad that you should eliminate this food group item but not sure if it valid. also I am going to start writing down what I eat and make sure to drink half my body weight in water each day and exercise.
