Not eating that second bowl of yummy chili!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’d like to get back to my bike. The last week was so intense I’m scarred. Lol it kicked my butt!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m so excited I met my goal!!! I’ve been riding my Peloton Bike Religiously and eating home cooked foods.. ie meal planning. It’s so amazing to have the support I need to finally reach my goals.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

That now I have more weight my knees and back hurt when I exert myself. I don’t like my chipmunk cheeks and belly. I just turned fifty and am premenopausal. My husband is an ex body builder and body is important to him. I’m successful in business and want to look the part! Let’s do this.

I commit to drinking more water, making the 6am classes and walking for 90 minutes evenings with my dogs. I’ll also start swimming at least 3 days a week. Eating healthy and have a diet of mostly veggies.
