What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Wow I can't believe how much I weigh today. i am scared, nervous and excited to start this journey. however I am very sad by how bad I let this get. This is the perfect motivatation since i am a huge penny pincher. motivation has been my issue to get there. so her goes!
