    Monday June 21st is the last day of our game. When the game ends you will have 48 hours to submit your final weigh in. That means you have until 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday.

    **The game will finalize on Thursday after the weigh in period ends. Once the game finalizes we'll have our Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing will have all the game winners in it, and a name will be chosen randomly to win a bonus $100 Amazon gift card or PayPal cash!   • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut out when you are actively trying to lose weight? For me its easier not to take the first bite. However some people are able to satisfy their sweet tooth with small amounts of treats, like a square of dark chocolate. Which side do you fall on. In the long run a healthy lifestyle is easier to maintain if you practice moderation instead of deprivation. So what is your strategy?
