I’m not sure what’s going to happen…I still have 3 lbs to go before the end, I was on vacation last week and tried to be as good as possible and did tons of walking so I’m hoping there’s still some “vacation bloat” to get out of my body. Cheers to a gallon of water today and some super healthy focus!

Everyone swears but frozen grapes! I have to try them. And I like the idea of the one serving size bag of popcorn. I’ve tried the “putting some in a bowl” method and just end up refilling the bowl

I’ve been sitting at about 2lb away from my goal for weeks, and it’s not fun to see that this is me not putting in the work or discipline. I’m having an introspective moment, and thinking about how much I value myself and my health, and what my goals are for that. I know I’m eating a lot more junk lately than I have the past 2 years on average, and I’m giving all that some thought.

Something Ilana said (from 2B Mindset) recently, she’s always talking about 2lbs at a time (as in focus on losing 2 at time not 10, because that’s more daunting) anyway…she said focus on 2 ounces at a time…and while that’s very slow going, it’s definitely helped me…every time I’m down 2oz I mentally celebrate as tho its 2lbs and the scale has been moving more steadily since adapting this mindset

Sav, I use an app MWU (move with us) I bought a program on there called bbs full body burn 2.0 and it calculated my macros and workouts to help me get to my goal. It was a 6 week workout challenge but all the programs let you have 6 months of access. These are my results after 8 weeks. They had me on 1500 calories per day, and 6 workouts a week with an liss cardio rest day. I hope this helped

I just watched the replay and I want to say thank you I heard things I needed to hear! I'm going to apply the 3 -3 bottles of water, 3 veggies by 3pm and dinner and done. I've lost over 80lbs but I've been stuck, my goal is 65 more. I know it's a head game but I see I'm doing all the things you talked about (that are unproductive). When I was in melting mode, I could not be tempted but I have relaxed, basically, there some easy temptations for me. I have been stuck for like 5 months and I'm unhappy about it. I'm going to think positively, get out my tracker, remember what works for me and go for it!! Thanks for these calls, I work so I can only join live in my heart but I so enjoy them later, thanks for all your hard work and dedication, I appreciate you! :heart: (I'm also concerned about muscle loss :)

I got so upset with myself during this diet bet…I was down past my goal in the first week or 2…then went back up about 4lbs, this week I’ve been very diligent and focused and I just realized if I lose 6 more ounces that I’ll have lost 2lbs a week which is “healthy weight loss”
Note to self: don’t get distracted, stay focused, look at the bigger picture!!!!
For those of you like me who freak out when the scale goes up, make sure you’re keeping track and looking back!!!! I’m so glad I did!
This might be one of my biggest NSV to date!

such a true takeaway! I have big and little drops and i just looked and in 11 weeks i've lost 11 pounds. super healthy and average weight loss. It really helps to stay committed because then there is a "big picture" to look at. :)

Yes, the big picture is so important. I also like how little wins add up. So dropping 0.2 consistently adds up quickly when we zoom out. Love this mindset around weight loss!
