hey girl so work today thank god was slow. but I drank fruit infused water with, lemon, lime, orange, cucumber and mint. and drank this ginger tea. so tons of fluids to flush everything out. I didn't have to take midol or anything but I can still sense some discomfort. I feel like mountain climbers or burpees (anything involving knees to chest) will help.
