Non-scale victory of the week!
Yesterday, when I came home from work, I was ENERGIZED instead of feeling tired. I am usually too tired to do anything. I was actually so ENERGIZED that I went for a jog! ....because I FELT LIKE IT. That's new for me! Love it!
