Non-scale victory of the week!
it’s been super easy to avoid and say no to junk food. I eat generally the same most days and adjust accordingly. I’ve been incredibly consistent with my nutrition now it’s time to start adding in excercise because I’m in a lot of body pain at work and I know that will help!
