Non-scale victory of the week!
drank greens every day and added water. Also be oming more aware how salt affects my weight.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I never add powdered cheese to popcorn but did last night despite weigh in today. i feel badly as i cluld have weighed less but i am learning that weight will fluctuate - problem is i am teying to get weight down quick right now but reminds me why i need to be below 120 so i have this cushion.

keep drinking water and veggies and exercise in some way daily!! i am thrilled scale responded so quickly! i have an image niw of why and how 120 lbs makes a difference. workout with joan and lady in pink and black on ST.
