Non-scale victory of the week!
Joining the DietBet is my non-scale victory of the week. four weeks ago, I had shoulder surgery, and while I can’t do heavy workouts, I can walk, and I can focus on my nutrition.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Increase my water. I want to go from 60 ounces a day to 100 ounces a day.

Five days of no impact workouts. Physical therapy three times in home and two times with therapist. Follow healthy, nutrition, and log all my food. Try three new Beachbody recipes a week.
