I followed the 2bmindset program and am following through with my fitness program after a trip to Vegas eating the things. Diet Bet helped to keep me mindful of how much I actually consumed!

I am a huge coffee drinker. so I stuck to only drinking it at home. I think it wasn’t a bad deal
