This morning I listened to my body which needed a bit more sleep
So instead of waking up to workout I slept
It's so important to listen to our bodies
Focus today will be nutrition more so than before
And maybe working out this evening

    Remember that your palate is fully capable of changing according to the foods you choose to eat. Your cravings will noticeably subside, and foods you used to enjoy will soon lose their luster. Nothing is better than how the right foods make you feel - that feeling lasts and tells your brain to crave those foods instead. Veggies are by far the most satisfying thing for me to eat! I literally feel more alive during and long after!

  • I made the shepherds pie for dinner and it was so filling and satisfying! I had to use ground turkey because the grocery store didn't have any ground beef. The filling bubbled over so I spread the "gravy" over the top. I'm so glad I have leftovers! Dinner and done!

  • Breakfast - ok I admit to getting a chai tea nonfat latte at Starbucks but this is my meal. 2 eggs with onion and zucchini topped with salsa. Drank my water too!
