Non-scale victory of the week!
This past week started off good and then the last 2 days I indulged. I didn't go crazy and had a little bit of barbeque and cheesecake (friend's birthday). Overall, I have been eating healthy and balanced.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to exercise. I have hurt my knee, so I have not been walking or getting my steps in.
