Yes, you can meet it! Try to do a workout before you weigh in. Do cardio like running or aerobics then let yourself sweat. Put on dry clothes then weigh in. I found that when I worked out, I was not letting my body finish burning internally. I was rushing to cool off but that stops the process.

Yeah Beni your weight is verified and we are ready to go, let me know any time you want to do the gym. I am trying to go in the morning with my neighbor but I can go at night too
