Still stuck on this plateau.... Realizing there’s no way I’ll Catch up on the weight loss, I’m in it for a change at the weekly drawings! I’ll stay the course, but I’m not willing to do anything drastic.... so here I sit.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I felt like the week was going well.... I ate “clean.” I walked 30 miles. I went to the gym. And still I’m stuck. Ugh. Just plain UGH.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

At this point, I just don’t know. I was diag with low iron so I started a supplement per drs orders. Maybe that will start things in the right path????

Non-scale victory of the week!

I really felt that I was eating right and smart and clean this week ... but the scale doesn’t think so.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Such a good question..... and I really don’t know the answer. I believe truly that I need to find a sustainable path. That a “crash” anything is a bad idea, but I’m starting to think that it’s the only thing that will do anything to move the scale the right direction....

Started yoga... and just this morning found a quick morning walk route that I can safely do before the sun rises.

Oy! I’ve got to be better with both food and movement. I’m not happy AT ALL with the scale.
