Wow, I blew past my goa by almost 6 pounds!! Didn’t do it the healthiest way (stress and mourning for my Babbo [father]) plus a very physically demanding job (general contractor). I can’t believe the second number in the scale is a “5”!!? I probably haven’t been in the 150s since 2020!!!

My eldest wants to be on the cross country team bat school so I’m also going to learn to run long distances (please pray for me) 😭

  • Getting out for a walk in the Great British countryside needs to become a daily thing.

    I neeeeed to get remotivated! Especially on the exercise front. 1year old keeps me active but I want to workout too. Send tips?!

Do squats, stretching and/or jogging in place while going about your day. Use your little one as weight.
