Hey everyone! Khai here. I could use your assistance. Going grocery shopping. Please list some of the staples you pick up. I’m a family of 3.

If you can, please give me some healthy food ideas for my 11 month old. Her favs are sweet potatoes, blueberries, and avocados. Would love to introduce her to new foods.

I have always mixed beans in with ground beef (taco meat primarily) or mushrooms in with ground beef (stroganoff) to stretch the meat and have another protein source. My kids are some of the only kids I know who willingly eat beans as teenagers and young adults. Highly recommend doing this if you like beans. They still don’t like mushrooms but it worked with beans.
