Non-scale victory of the week!

resisting tempting foods because I do make different food for my man & kids. I been trying to eat more leafy greens. I also drank more water this week & I got to say that actuallY been helping so much. although I Lee so much more I feel like I have more energy when j drink more water.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I could manage balance with food better. I think I was hard on myself not eat so much meat so I can digest food better and I really get tempted to eat more. I really worked on self discipline but I know if I want to keep it off I got to work on a good balance. this is jot over & for future dietbets I'll be working on my diet & try different recipes.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on 3-4 mile walk/jogs. at first I really didn't want to but now I really think about it & crave for more outdoor cardio. I do have my period so my weight goes up and down & I'm so tempted to cheat at eating. I did however ate one ice cream bar but didn't feel guilt at all. so proud of the effort & how hard I've been pushing this past week. definitely feeling momentum.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm doing this workout program & I really don't like the an workouts. I end up doing standing Abs. but in return I focus on flexing my abs. so baby steps. I will eventually get to the hard stuff. one thing I really felt like I should have completed was the plank challenge. I was 70% done. if I had someone do it with me I think I would have pushed myself but I was like okay my feet hurt I'll do standing Abs instead. so trying not to be hard on myself but so happy I got the workout in though.
