  • You guys. If Felicia hasn’t already sold this to you, YOU NEED IT. I ordered some last week and just used it for the first time tonight.... I drank it on my drive home from work and went from wanting to go to bed at 4 pm to full blown dance party by the time I got home. I pushed extremely hard in a workout, and STILL am super hyped more than two hours after taking it! Work nights are my most difficult times to be productive in any way, and this is seriously a game changer. AND it tastes good! Order some, you won’t regret it!   • Remember that while yes, the goal of this game is about losing that 4%.... I want you to have other goals as well. Goals that don’t involve the number. Goals that make you feel PROUD, confident, strong. Things that are going to set you up for long term success

    If you’re thinking this is a 4 week challenge and then it’s “over” you have the wrong mindset. This journey is never over. Built new habits that can help you sustain this weight forever. Have a treat here and there to build that healthy relationship and balance with food. Do we wanna lose the weight or lose the weight AND keep it off.

  • I forgot my premier protein at home, but the cafeteria luckily carries these and they’re good! A little higher in bites/points, but it will keep me from dabbling into the pastries or anything that doesn’t fit into my plan!

    Starting week 2 of the DietBet! How are we feeling? Even if week 1 didn’t go the way you were hoping, every single day is another day to do this. To do what you’ve been telling yourself you’re to do

My goal is to drink a 100 oz of water each day. I am participating in a waybetter hydration challenge and having my husband help me as an accountability partner to achieve this goal!

My goal this week has been to keep my water intake up. I do really good when I always have a cup in my hand... last week I did 140 oz a day , just to keep me fuller and I kept busy. So this week, I am trying to keep up the 140 oz and add more walks.. it's getting warmer and the sun is shining, so an extra dose of sunshine is coming my way!! Good luck all with this weeks goals!!

My week is different from week to week. The only consistent is that I have weekends off. With a crazy FT job and 3 kids who go to 3 schools in 3 different towns, I am all over the place. I’m a hot mess....
What I make a priority: my activity. I make sure to get a workout in (45min at least) 6 days a week. I schedule ahead of time in my planner just like any other apt. Most the time I’m waking up at 4:30 to do it. But it gets done. No excuses.....

Now if I could just get my eating together :sob:

Instead of trying to have a schedule... have you tried having 5 small goals a day? I have been doing this and it is helping me tremendously. Each day, my goals are:
Make the bed
Brush 2x + floss
Only 1 coffee
100 kettlebell swings
Log food

I can do those at any time in the day, but if I don't do it, I can't go to bed. So I make sure I do all 5. You can pick any 5 targets and just start there!
