14 weeks postpartum today and I’m down 46.4lbs since delivery day. 11.6lbs to go to my everyday weight and 24.6lbs to go if I choose to push to my BIG goal. Feeling great! These pictures are 6 weeks apart.

You guys. If Felicia hasn’t already sold this to you, YOU NEED IT. I ordered some last week and just used it for the first time tonight.... I drank it on my drive home from work and went from wanting to go to bed at 4 pm to full blown dance party by the time I got home. I pushed extremely hard in a workout, and STILL am super hyped more than two hours after taking it! Work nights are my most difficult times to be productive in any way, and this is seriously a game changer. AND it tastes good! Order some, you won’t regret it! Remember that while yes, the goal of this game is about losing that 4%.... I want you to have other goals as well. Goals that don’t involve the number. Goals that make you feel PROUD, confident, strong. Things that are going to set you up for long term success

If you’re thinking this is a 4 week challenge and then it’s “over” you have the wrong mindset. This journey is never over. Built new habits that can help you sustain this weight forever. Have a treat here and there to build that healthy relationship and balance with food. Do we wanna lose the weight or lose the weight AND keep it off.

I forgot my premier protein at home, but the cafeteria luckily carries these and they’re good! A little higher in bites/points, but it will keep me from dabbling into the pastries or anything that doesn’t fit into my plan!
