Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been working a lot the past couple weeks so I have gotten a lot of physical activity in and also I have less time to be bored so I'm not eating out of boredom

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still could have made healthier food choices, I was able to lose but to be honest it was more because of the lack of calories not because I was eating the right foods

I've been doing a lot more physical activity because my internship is very active

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

eating, I just moved so none of my dishes are unpacked, so I'm not cooking right now I'm eating out a lot

I did two work out classes this week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal planning, and not eating everything in sight. I had a hard time dealing with depression this week and I was eating a lot of junk in a way of coping.

up my water intake, make a few meals at home and get some easy things to do for breakfast so I'm not stopping for fast food

I still need to be drinking more water. I feel like I'm always thirsty

I didnt eat very badly for being on my period, I have been better about portion sizes

I've been having a hard time avoiding sugar. I need to start meal planning better and not let myself go off track so much.

I did work out more this week than I usually do.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didnt eat very much but I wasnt eat the right things, I've been really stressed and tired so I haven't been cooking and I've been eating a lot of junk food

Non-scale victory of the week!

I only had one slice of pizza at a party and didnt touch the chips or candy. I was good about eating healthy the rest of the day too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was really negative this week, still am. I've just been really depressed about things and I'm having issues at work and school and with friends or the lack of. I've been spending most of my free time in bed and that's not helpful for my mind or body.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have an exercise class tomorrow, and I'm planning to go to the gym Friday. tomorrow I'm also planning to buy ingredients for a healthy soup that I can eat for a few days so I dont have to worry about cooking and itll be nice to have soup with the bad weather. I'm also planning to call and schedule an appointment with my doctor tomorrow to discuss managing my stress and depression.

Non-scale victory of the week!

so I only had coffee twice this week, once was just a cold brew with coconut milk no sweetener so pretty low calorie, and one was super high sugar macchiato but I could barely drink it, it was too sweet and upset my stomach. I really didnt exercise at all because the snow was so bad, but I when I was out I tried to get more steps in and when i took my dog out i took him for longer walks. Non scale victory, I was at my friends house and we both own the same coat but hers is a size smaller than mine and I accidentally put on hers by mistake thinking it was mine and it fit! I mean I knew right away it wasnt mine cause it wasnt super baggy lol but i could zip it up and everything!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still would like to be more active, it's been hard because I've been sick and the weather has been bad but this week is supposed to be nice so I'm hoping I'll get out more. I signed up for a new exercise class for Wednesday so I'm excited to do that.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I need to start getting more sleep, I would like to work on eating a larger variety of healthy foods, I find I'm kind of stuck in the same food rut and I'm tired of eating the same things all the time. I have an exercise class this week and I would also like to go to the gym at least once.
