so I only had coffee twice this week, once was just a cold brew with coconut milk no sweetener so pretty low calorie, and one was super high sugar macchiato but I could barely drink it, it was too sweet and upset my stomach. I really didnt exercise at all because the snow was so bad, but I when I was out I tried to get more steps in and when i took my dog out i took him for longer walks. Non scale victory, I was at my friends house and we both own the same coat but hers is a size smaller than mine and I accidentally put on hers by mistake thinking it was mine and it fit! I mean I knew right away it wasnt mine cause it wasnt super baggy lol but i could zip it up and everything!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I still would like to be more active, it's been hard because I've been sick and the weather has been bad but this week is supposed to be nice so I'm hoping I'll get out more. I signed up for a new exercise class for Wednesday so I'm excited to do that.

I need to start getting more sleep, I would like to work on eating a larger variety of healthy foods, I find I'm kind of stuck in the same food rut and I'm tired of eating the same things all the time. I have an exercise class this week and I would also like to go to the gym at least once.
