Excited to see you joined!!! I got roped into playing VB tonight because they were short on players. Decided it was best to move around, even if I looked ridiculous. Let me know if you have any great tips for prepping lunches. Procrastination is my huge enemy. I tend to forget to get my lunch ready and then scramble at the last minute.

I'm boring. Salad everyday. I just make sure they are REALLY good.

Bree, excited to see that you are joining the Transformer! Interested to see how effective you find the Paleo Diet. I'm doing Slow-Carb (4-hour body), hoping to keep my cravings at bay. Cheering you on!

I've been doing it for 2 and 1/2 months now and I'm down 23 pounds so far! I'm not afraid to shake it up and try something different in the low carb realm though if this doesn't work long term.

Wow, that is impressive! I have basically found Slow-Carb to be Paleo but no fruit, add beans, and one cheat day per week. The cheat day can screw with you if you go overboard, but done wisely is a big motivator to stay on track during the week. Paleo has interested me though, sounds a little more sustainable than Slow-Carb. Looking forward to seeing how you like sticking with it over the next six months.
