Non-scale victory of the week!

Prepped and packed my lunches for the week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It's nothing I could have done better, but I injured my knee and am super bummed about it because I haven't been able to exercise. Hopefully will get a diagnosis at the doctor today.
