Thank for the kind words that you said on my post! I have been unable to figure out how to respond to a reply. Lol but your encouragement was great! That's exactly where I am in the self loathing stage it's def effected my relationships and I just want to do better. You are a great inspiration! I need to lose 12lbs this round since I didn't make my goal but I'm really going to try! Good luck with your journey and thanks again for the encouragement :)

You're welcome! It isn't easy to do but at some point you just have to let go of all the bad feelings and just try your best and every morning try to be a little bit better than you were yesterday. That's what I'm trying this time at least. :)

I am thinking about fdoing the June 17th Transformer diet as well.... I told myself if I am down 2lbs my first week I will let myself join :) I am currently in 2 ,4 week bets.

This is my first one. I'm hoping it goes well since I already paid for the 6-month. I think I'll like it though. It'll be interesting to see how the 6-month goes. I paid the extra $$ to do the extra weigh-ins.
