Starting to see changes in how I feel

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Get active. I hurt my shoulder and started PMS so I focused on feeling good and eating healthy instead.

More water is needed and I feel so tired by the time I get off work I dont want to exercise. need to find a solution.

I moved my body even when i didn't want to.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Moved my body more. I sit all day at work so I need to find time to move in the evening even if I just want to relax

No smoking, plan ahead for all my lunch meals instead of using backups and move more.

Spending more time with my dog. I'm not sure if it was because I had more energy or was just in a good mood all week but spending time getting my body moving while hanging out with my dog was great!
