Hi Nadia! Just saw a post of yours that made me think that you and I were in the same boat.....former skinny girls, lol. I'm 40 now, but up until around 35 I always maintained between 112-119. Even after my son was born at age 30. I only got up to 136 at my heaviest pregnancy weight. I went through some severe depression 5 years ago that caused me to try to eat myself happy, but it didn't work. All it did was made me gain 50+ pounds in less than a year and I'm finally trying to take back control. It's really hard because if you're like me, you probably never had to worry too much about what or how much you ate so every day is a challenge. This weekend was incredibly hard for some reason but I'm back on track this morning and I WILL lose more weight....and so will you! WE can do this!! It won't happen overnight, but if we stick to it we can be happy with ourselves again in the mirror.


It's sad that I don't have family pictures the past 5 years or no pictures of me because I was too ashamed to be in front of the camera. Heaven forbid I was to pass away and my son would not have any photos of me for the past 5 years. We might not be 100% every day in our journey to lose the weight, but we can and Will do it one day at a time =) Smile and know that we are all here to cheer you on!
