Try the protein bars or Special K bars the have some that are 90calories or 100 and they taste great. I have the same problem I love me some chocolate and I have found this works

Your body is lacking magnesium around that time. Eat nuts and fruit. If you really want to indulge in chocolate, I recommend the skinny cow bars. I think they're about 90 calories and have a considerably less amount of sugar in the versus your usual snickers bar. Good luck!
