Non-scale victory of the week!
Fit into a workout shirt that was tight when I bought it! Now loose! Also wore shorts for the first time this summer! Last years shorts that were too tight, now fitting perfect (even a little loose around the band!)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I splurged a little bit more than I wanted to at the campfire, chips and marshmallows, but not regretting it! Keep reminding myself that I am working hard and it is paying off!
