Non-scale victory of the week!
goal met to add 20 extra min of hit cardio to bootcamp. a huge win was doung knee tucks hanging from a bar. i have NEvER been able to hold myself up before and i did 1 round of 10 and 1 round of 20. also I did 1 round of 10 man makers and 20 again. i love that i am getting stronger
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
i could have made better food choices. i went out to eat and ate bread and drank Prosecco wine.

this is the beginning fir breaking the plateau. I am going for a 1hr cardio hit session on the treadmill and a bit of abs today.
