So true! Yesterday, I caved a bit on the eating front. I was disappointed, but it’s also not the worst day I’ve ever had :wink: Today, I’m making up for it with a live rowing session where I’ll be achieving my 500,000 meter milestone!:grin:

Went for a nice walk this morning, sticking to my meal plan and going to bootcamp tonight. Been doing great sticking to my meal plan and exercise commitment (after a brief derailment due to Halloween lol). Feeling better physically and emotionally and on my way to meeting my first goal! Hello all. I am within 1.2 lbs of goal so I won’t be winning anything this time. Instead of twisting myself in knots to somehow get that off in time for the final weigh in tonight I am going to be proud of what I did manage to lose as nearly 4% of my body weight is a lot :( Good luck to all those who may still meet their goal and I am sure I will see some of you in the next set of games. I am currently at 50+ lbs lost but quite a few lbs ( and therefore games) to go. Mimi

  • What do you do when your daughters softball practice is cancelled? You go with your accountability partner to bootcamp. I believe the official name for the bootcamp last night was “I’m going to kick your butt into shape right after I kill you with Cardio!” Wow, it was intense!! Of course, he made life better afterwards with his charcuterie board and wine which I unfortunately didn’t take part in since I’m sticking to my meal plan but the thought counted. ❤💪🍇🍷💪❤
