I've got a two year old and I hardly can find time to workout. But we go on long walks with the stroller along the seaside and even if we stay at home I'm chasing her around the sofa all the time. At night I load an audiobook or nice music on my phone and wear the headphones as I go through the house tidying up the toys and stuff. As for the late night snacks, I think preparation beforehand is the key. If you find 10 minutes before you put the kids to sleep, you can prepare some greek yogurt with fresh fruit or your favorite salad and after bedtime you can simply enjoy. Good luck win the bet!!
