  • Week 2 of 9 week control freak coming to a close and I got off my lexapro (I had severe PPA) and my husband complemented me on looking like I lost weight today! Thank God since 17 months since giving birth I’ve been working my ASS off and the scale and my clothes haven’t shown anything for it. Finally I’m starting to feel back to my prepregnancy self!! And it’s nice to have my Apple Watch charged after 3 days of not having a charger ???????????

  • Looking for an easy breakfast?? Overnight Oats are where it’s at!

    Try this one!

    ½ c rolled oats
    ? c unsweetened almond milk
    ? c Greek yogurt
    ½ Tbsp chia seeds
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey)

    Mix. Leave overnight. Wake up and add some blueberries or strawberries and enjoy!

    You could also add stevia instead of maple syrup if you prefer!
