Goal is 172.2.
Not sure what is causing the change.
Eating habits have not changed. Been jog/walk 30 min day this week. And gained 4 lbs.
Period is due in a couple days. Could that make this gain?

I had McDonald’s last night.. I’m not beating myself up about it. I’ve moved on today and made a healthy breakfast and lunch, and have healthy dinner and snacks planned for tonight. We can do this guys!

I personally can lose weight when I order McDonalds. Typically I order nuggets, sausage egg McMuffin double meat double egg no bun, filet o fish no bun, double cheeseburger no bun. I pair it with a homemade salad.

I really like being apart of DietBet. When I tell people about it. They always give me the side eye. To bad they don’t trust it.
Now as for me. My bra size is smaller. No git I just have to work on my hips and more off the “girls”

My girls have shrunk too. Yeah! Still managing with the old bra but will definitely need a smaller one soon.
