Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Always sabotages be it myself or someone else, I feel when I start to get myself on a roll, I get too ‘cocky’ and end up thinking I dont need to track or I I can have that extra (fill in the blank). I need to learn DISCIPLINE !
