Non-scale victory of the week!

Doing my first few hour long workouts ever and being able to keep up with the fitness program instructors. my longest workouts before were 45 minutes in the 645 program. just started 80 Day Obsession and it’s going awesome and I’m keeping up and feeling strong!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Designated some me time for self care and self reflecting. Maybe add in some journaling

resisted Halloween candy over the weekend! Put it out of sight out of mind so my husband can still enjoy it. I haven’t even craved it!

more snackable veggies. Pack Elsa other types of snacks so veggies are what I reach for.
